Good morning Lydia,
Please see my responses below in Yellow.
You are correct, all future/new permit drawing will be prepared in NAVD. Only the previously issued permit lots are to
be revised to show both NAVD and NGVD on the "finished floor elevations"
Thank you for working with us on these!
Regards,
Tom

Subject:submitted surveys
Importance: High
Good morning Tom,
I have received 5 surveys from Creekside.4 indicate in note 10 the numbers to be in NGVD and 1 indicates to be in
NAVD. However, it is not clear if the elevations of the road are in NGVD or NAVD. Nothing seems to have changed with
original surveys which were supposedly done in NGVD. It is not possible for us to check if the houses are meeting our
LDC.
Please provide by email the bench mark elevation in front of the following lots in NAVD.Are the elevation of the bench
mark equal to elevation of crown of the road?
- Permit 1703-0645, lot 85 BM CL Rd 15.32 (NAVD)
- Permit 1703-0648, lot 83 BM CL Rd 15.28(NAVD)
i
Permit 1703-0652, lot 84 ,BM lei 15.24(NAVD)
Permit 1703-0653, lot 103 'BM CL Rd 15.81 (NAVD)
- Permit 1703-0649. Lot 104 BM CL Rd 15.63 (NAVD)
From now on please submit all surveys in NAVD, proposed FFE, elevation of the property and elevation/bench mark of
the roads. We will no longer accept surveys in NGVD.
Thank you,
