All scheduled installations are subject to change due to weather and other Utility emergencies. For additional questions and/or clarification, please email us at utilitysewer@cityofpsi.com. 1. Accepts instructions regarding the electrical requirements through explanation and receipt of electrical schematic. Must provide (1) 20-amp (minimum) breaker for use to supply power to the pump and (1) 15-amp (minimum) breaker for use to supply power for the control circuit. Pump power minimum wire size 12 gauge copper conductor (75-C). Control circuit minimum wire size 12 gauge copper conductor (75-C). The wire size is based on less than 100Ft. Acknowledges distance between electrical control box and interceptor tank will not exceed twenty-five (25) feet. NOTE: As of April 1993 installation requires two (2) separate breakers on same phase in panel box. 2. Instructed as to location of pressure main (stub -out must be on side of house facing main): i.e. Front Back 3. If sewer stub -out is on the same side as water meter, a 3" PVC sleeve 20' back from garage door is required 18" under driveway to install the Utility's 11/2" service line if the pressure main is in front of the house. 4. Lot must be clear of all construction debris, lot rough graded and house stucco completed. Final grade and sod cannot be done until tank set is completed. 5. Accepts responsibility to email City of Port St. Lucie Utility Systems Department- at utilitysewer@cityofpsl.com when the pre -inspection items are ready. If inspection fails, there will be a $25.00 fee for re -inspect. Contractor is required to call back for 2"d Pre -Inspection when the deficiency has been resolved. 6. Acknowledges the responsibility to correct all deficiencies at applicant's expense and eliminate any conflicts in the way of Utility tank lines. 7. Acknowledges responsibility for inspection fee of $25.00 for each follow-up pre -inspection visit required to satisfy non-compliance items.
