In response to yodr request of whether the referenced property is buildable as individual lots. All lots
in McNurlen Farms zoned Agricultural 5 were individually described by lot and block numbers when
platted and recorded on January 11, 1925. All these individually described lots have been
determined to be nonconforming lots of record. They are therefore buildable lots provided they have
either road frontage or recorded ingress and egress easements to the nearest public road in the
original configuration.
When re -dividing a parcel, platting procedures must be followed. Please refer to Section 11.03.00 of
the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. We suggest you contact the Community
Development Planning Department regarding your development plans and regarding access roads for
the subject property.
