This certification covers all work associated with the temporary certificate of occupancy for Phase I the foundation permit, 1907-0550. Based on the visual inspections by myself and my agents, I, Rick V. Baldocchi, the Special Inspector, an Engineer certified, licensed, and registered with the State of Florida, P.E. Registration No. 38092, and certified by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers as a Special Inspector, S.I. Registration No. 1019, hereby certify that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the construction of all structural load-bearing components described in the threshold inspection plan for the above-referenced project complies with the permitted documents. In addition, the inspection of steel welds and bolted connections has been ongoing through a separate contract and co-inspection team, Permit No. 1812-0471 - Structure. We will close out the second permit and issue a final certification letter accepting the steel construction, when all of the pending work has been completed.
