Mr. Arbucci,
Good morning. My staff was on site on Friday and based on the preliminary survey work, it does appear that FPUA's
electric conduit is outside of the utility easement. We are in the process of relocating the transformer and conduit. Paul
will be meeting with our contractor onsite today to review our design.
We will contact Mr. Durden to advise him that we will relocate the transformer and conduit. We do not have any issue
with your work but I would strongly advise you that in the interest of safety that you and your staff not perform any
below ground work at the piles or over our existing energized lines until the new conduit and cables are placed in
service.
If you have any questions in the future, please let me know.

Hi Javier,
I've done a lengthy review of the situation we have on this property and have concluded that
the house and piles are beyond the 10' utility easement. Whatever lines hit by the piles are
outside and beyond the easement. The transformer is out of the easement. I was with your
surveyor this past Thursday and he will confirm this. I've already had my own surveyor
confirm this.
The other easement document you gave me is for Watersong South. Lot 58 is located in
Watersong therefore, no other easement exists other than the 10' easement which extends
25' from the center of the road.
Please take whatever steps are necessary to correct your concerns.as soon as possible. The
transformer should be relocated within the 10' easement and centered on the lot 57/58
property line. Our electric meter will be located on the north side of the new house.
I also need Mr. Durden at the building department notified that this situation need not delay
the issuance of our building permit.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Subject: Watersong Site - 4920 Watersong Way
Good morning William,
After we spoke earlier yesterday. We received a visit from the contractor (Coastal Construction and Design, Inc. — Mr.
Mario Arbucci and his Associate). We addressed the issues that have taking place last week.
• Damage 4" PVC conduit, that has been filled with concrete.
• Pad mounted transformer. FPUA will look to move the pad mount to the north. That will put it at center with
the property line.
• We will have are surveyor on site this week. They will look to confirm the location of the existing water main
and electric facilities. Based on the survey result, we will decide accordingly how to move forward. Again, it is
believed FPUA is within the 15ft utility easement. The electric facilities is on the east side of the 15ft easement.
• We are schedule to meet with the contractor early next week to discuss the survey result and what is needed to
move forward.
Meeting with the contractor was positive. We will look to work with the Mr. Arbucci as he move forward with
construction. He was clearly informed locates are needed and greater safety precaution was recommended.
As mention during are phone conversation, we would like to be included in the site plan review, specifically within these
developments. With the'zero lot line there need to be at least a minimum 5ft set back from the easement.
If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or any staff members.
Thank you,
Paul Laguerre
