The above mentioned product has been evaluated for compliance with the requirements of the Florida Department of
Community Affairs for Statewide Acceptance per Rule 9N-3.005 method 1(d). The product listed herein complies with
requirements of the Florida Building Code, Building section 1715.5.5 7

Limitations and Conditions of use:
• Maximum design pressure: refer to design pressure charts in approval document.
Maximum single window unit size: 52 1/8° x 84°
Window units attached to mullion must have their own separate approval.
• This product is not rated to be used in the HVHZ.
This product is impact resistant and does not require impact protection in Wind -Rome Debris Regions, up to
Wind Zone 3.
• Design pressure of mulled units shall be controlled by the lesser design pressure of the assembly
components; mullion or individual units.
• All windows attached to mullion must be manufactured by MI Windows and Doors, Inc.
Installation:
Mullion must be installed in strict accordance with installation instructions document 08-01443.
Certification of Independence:
