The power must be supplied to the home's main panel. The power supply for the control panel, i from the house service, must be a double-pole 20-amp breaker with four (4) #12 conductors, i which will Include ground wire. The wire shall be 18" above finished floor and located on the side of the home within five feet of the front corner (same corner as sewer lateral). Height of panel shall be a minimum of 31/2 feet or 42 inches and a maximum of 41/2 feet or 54 inches. 5. Accepts responsibility to email City of Port St. Lucie Utility Systems Department at utilitysewer@cityofpsi.com when the pre-inspection items are ready. If inspection fails, there will be a $25.00 fee for re-inspect. Contractor is required to call back for 2"d Pre-Inspection when the deficiency has been resolved. 6. Acknowledges the responsibility to correct all deficiencies at applicant's expense and eliminate any conflicts in the way of Utility tank lines. 7.
