Is Pleased To Present You, With Our Proposal Detailed Below: 5co�e of Work: Work together with the FPL sub contractor as they re -feed the house with new underground service. We will replace the meter can, and Transfer Switch with new. Details listed below. Replace the 200A Meter Can with a new one. Utilize an aluminum meter enclosure and install new schedule 80 PVC down pipe; This will be done at the same time as the FPL sub contractor crew re -feeding the house. Install (2) CU ground rods, and new CU ground wire along with low voltage systems bond interface at the new Meter Can. ® Replace the existing ATS with a new 200A SE Rated GENERAC Automatic Transfer Switch. The new ATS will come with a N3R outdoor rated aluminum enclosure, and will allow for proper feeding of the interior 200A panel. Utilize existing conduit and feeders from the generator for now. Separate the neutral and ground wires in the main and sub panel per code. Re -feed the interior 200A panel from the new ATS using CU wire. We will need to cut a section of drywall to the left of the panel in order to install the new 2" PVC LB fitting that is needed. No fees are included for drywall cutting. The wooden shelf/ledge in front of the electrical panel may also need to be removed. ® Permit fees are included. Coordinate final inspection once repairs are made. NOTES & ELUSIONS: Generator will remain in its current location. No changes will be made at this time with the generator. If !nshector requires changes, additional quote will be provided for moving the generator. Strongly encourage replacing the interior 200A panel at the same time as all this other work. Optional Panel Change: Replace the 200A Homeline Panel with a new Square D QO series panel and all new breakers at the same time as the work listed above. Label the new panel upon completion.
