We are in receipt of your request to convert your rear porch to a sunroom, install a
decorative front screen door and install accordion hurricane shutters.
The Architectural Control Committee is pleased to inform you that your requests have
been approved. Please be sure that the company you have selected is aware that the
frames must match the original window frame color. Please note that wall air conditioner
units will not be allowed. Also, you must obtain the necessary permits from the County,
complying to the local codes for the above. i
