The soil bearing note should have stated that the"assumed soil bearing capacity of 2500 psi(min.)and compacted to a minimum of 95%." With this change the above referenced plans will now be in compliance with the 2014 FBC 5t'Edition and all local ordinances. If you have any questions,please call our office.
