Electrical work includes updating electrical outlets in Kitchen and Bathrooms to GFCI;
and relocation of electrical outlet for refrigerator to adjacent wall; and removal of
garbage disposal electrical outlet and switch at kitchen sink.
Comment#3 "As Is" was intended to mean that there are no proposed structural changes and the
location of plumbing(water and drains)will remain unchanged.
Work has not been completed—work is pending permit approval.
Comment#4 Drywall in bathroom showers will be removed and replaced with Durarok Backer Board
in preparation for new tile.Shower pans will be replaced and shower drains will be
connected and tested by Plumber. Please see attached Pages 3 thru 6 .
