Good afternoon Alejandro,
This email is in response to your email yesterday morning. I can understand your frustration in getting your inspections.
The deferred submittals that are holding up your inspections are all code requirements or requirements stipulated by
your design professional of record.The deferred submittal were put into the system at the request of your contractor so
that the after the fact permit could be issued and the code could be closed. I am sorry if letting the permit be issued
before all the documents were submitted has caused any confusion but Joe was trying to just be helpful.There is a good
chance that the counties inspectors will not be able to perform a lot if any of the inspections if they have been covered
`up in which case you will have to get a design professional to perform the required inspections.

Good morning Mr. Olson,
Some months ago we bought property located at 230 Camino St Port St Lucie FI 34952,
Job description was an after the fact building permit in which the existing laundry and
storage areas were modified to a bathroom and storage area. Garage conversion into a new
den/hobby room. Existing screen room has been converted into a family room with C.B and
window infills.
Building permit was issued on 10/10/2017 however we have not been able to move forward
with inspections due to the fact that the inspector has been very negligent and reluctant to
help. You have to understand sir that we are located in Miami and each time we go there we
found new requirements and the communication with Mr. Joe Cicio is so hard. We are willing
to do whatever necessary to move this process forward but Mr. Cicio has not been helpful at all.
We need somebody's else opinion so we can properly move forward.
We respectfully on the owner's end request you to re examine this case and give us a green light
since our General Contractor ( All construction Systems CC here) is a highly qualified professional
attending and addressing all Mr.Joe Cicio's and city comments.
Our Company is a Real Estate Investing company purchasing properties all over South Florida.
We have the best will to continue the process,
