PREVENT PARCELATION OR LATERAL MOVEMENT OF TANK AND
BASE DURING A BASE FLOOD EVENT. THE TANK SHALL BE
COMPLETELY BURIED, WITH EASYACCESS TO CONNECTIONS.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY WITH GAS COMPANY THAT
PROPOSED LOCATION AND INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND
PROPANE GAS STORAGE TANK MEETS NFPA-55 REQUIREMENTS.
THE GAS COMPANY INSTALLING THE TANK SHALL, AT THE TIME
OF BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION, PROVIDE A CERTIFICATION
FROM A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER THAT THE TANK
