Hi Bethany,
Here are the items I noticed on the plans that are either incomplete or not matching with the pre-app. Letter.:
Storm water permit required
Driveway permit required
Paving and drainage review Engineering
Grass parking will need approval from Engineering
No dumpster
- They provide 37 parking spaces, based on ITE I think they need 43 (0.3 x 143 seats) or request waiver
- Site plan need to indicate the grass parking, concrete parking and wheel stops
- There is no wall or waiver.
I have forwarded the site plan and civil drawing digitally to David Hays for review and have requested any comments to
provide to you.
I have requested ERD to provide their comments to you.
I have requested the customer to provide 3 floor plans, 3 site plans with approval stamp Health Department and a copy
of the Health Dep. Permit. And I have informed them additional Planning comments will be provided by you.
I have not reviewed the Architectural standards. I have forward you digital copy of the site plan and the civil drawings, if
you need to use one of our building sets for review, please let me know.
