Proposed church is < 6,000 sf and had a pre -application meeting in 2016. How would you like me to handle this? Do I review the Zoning and make comments like I did with the David Mann permit, or do I give the Zoning review completely over to one of the Planners or only comment on setback and floor elevation and the rest reviewed by Planners? Please advise.
