Dear Mr. Raymond,
On January 29, 2012, Melissa Blandford- GTA # 18-00064A, performed a 100% GT Survey of
the proposed work area located at the above listed property. This property is identified as Parcel
ID ## 1436-601-0055-000-7, 2422 Oak Drive, Fort Pierce, FL. 34949 Saint Lucie County, Florida.
This site is classified as Woody Wetlands..33 acres and Developed low intensity of .10 acres
for a total of .43 acres.
There was 1 abandoned GT burrow located on the North Fast side of the property at N 270 28
57.2" W 080" 17' 57.7".
There was also a GT burrow located on the neighboring property on the South side. This burrow
has been flagged for easy identification. This burrow is located at N 270 28 55.9" W 080017'
57.5". Please avoid this burrow with all machinery for 25' feet in all directions. No further action
needs to be taken for this burrow.
No other GT burrows were located within the work area.
It is suggested that silt fence be installed around the perimeter of the work area to discourage
any local GT's from digging future burrows.
If a GT is encountered during work, please cease all machinery work to allow the GT to traverse
the property safely.
This survey is valid for 90 days from date noted on the survey.
