RON RAYMOND CONSTRUCTION HAS SUBMITTED TO THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT FOR SEPTIC AND WELL PERMIT FOR LOT 6&7, OAKS STREET,
PROPERTY ID # 1436-601-0055-000/7. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL NOT BE'
ISSUING THAT PERMIT FOR FOUR OR FIVE MORE WEEKS.
DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY OWNER'S HAD TO ACQUIRE ANOTHER
PIECE OF PROPERTY TO MAKE THEIR PROPERTY BUILDABLE, PLANS AND
HOME LOAN WERE COMPLETED FOR CLOSE TO A YEAR. WE WERE ADVISED
FROM KORI BENTEN TO SUBMIT FOR THE BUILDING PERMITS AND WE
WILL INSERT HEALTH PERMIT AT A LATER DATE.
WE APPRECIATE BEING ABLE TO APPLY FOR OUR BUILDING PERMITS
BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR TO AVOID NEXT YEARS CHANGES AND
ADDITIONAL COST.

Good morning Mr. Murphy,
Thank you very much for your call this morning regarding your anticipated Building Permit Application for a new
single-family home on Oak Drive. The additional land acquisition and Parcel Combination is reflected in the PASLC's
system, with Parcel 1D # 1436-601-0155-000-7 retained for the collective 0.43 ecres.
As discussed, the Health Department permit was Bled a couple weeks ago. with their projections suggesting up to 4
additional weeks for review. In light of the 2017 Building Code updates on the horizon and general permit review
requirements outside of the HD Permit, our team is supportive of a filing while your HD Permit is in process. We ask
that you provide a brief request letter which states the filing date and/or any acceptance record with the HD at the
time of application.
Our team will work to insert notes on the parcel in hopes of providing awareness of your anticipated request. Please
do not hesitate with any questions or concerns in the meantime.
