NOTICE OF ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Leung:
Your Request for Architectural Change has been approved. Specifically, you have approval to
proceed with the following:
"Adding and fence to the backyard, following the property line."
It is noted that the Fence at the north side of the property is encroaching into the drainage easement.
Approval of installation of fence will be conditional upon the homeowner agreeing to remove the fence way
at their own expense during any time the HOA requires access to the area to maintain the drainage
easement. The homeowner is also responsible for replacing the fence path at their own expense when the
HOA is finished maintaining the drainage easement.
We reserve the right to make a final inspection of the change to make sure it matches the Request
you submitted for Approval. Please follow the plan you submitted or submit an additional request
form if you cannot follow the original plan.
You must follow all local building codes and setback requirements when making this change. A
Building Permit may be needed. This can be applied for at the County offices.
Our approval here is only based on the aesthetics of your proposed change. This approval should
not be taken as any certification as to the construction, worthiness or structural integrity of the
change you propose. Be aware that you are responsible for contacting the appropriate Utility
Companies before digging.

As a condition precedent to granting approval of any request for a change, alteration or
addition to an existing basic structure that the applicant, the heirs, and assigns thereto, h 3reby
