Thank you for contacting FPL about the installation of your Tankless Water Heater at 615 Berger
Road has no objections to the installations of the 240-Volt 32-KW 2.8 GPM Tankless Water Heater

Wire that serves the location. The current Transformer is loaded at 11KVA, with the addition of
the 32KW water heater the new load at Peak will be 46.56KVA which is over the 15KVA rated for
the Transformer that is currently feeding the property and as a result we will need to install a
50KVA. In addition,the current load being used on the building,'is 11 KWD and with the additional
load of 32KW it will bring the total to 43KWD with an Amperage of 199 that will be on the

Voltage Drop and Flicker calculation is good as well and falls within range. If additional loading is
added to the building there can be instances where the Voltage and Flicker can fall below the
acceptable range and will be the customer's responsibility to pay for the upgrades of the facilities.
