ALL MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTIONS PROCEDURES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LATEST FDOT INDICES AND AS
FOLLOWS:
1. CONCRETE TO BE MINIMUM 3000 PSI COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH AT 28 DAYS.
2. TEST A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH CYLINDER SAMPLE PER 50 CY OR ONE (1) PER LOT, WHICHEVER IS
GREATER. COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH SHALL BE REPORTED AT 28 DAYS.
3. ALL DELETERIOUS MATERIALS TO BE REMOVED 6 INCHES BELOW BOTTOM OF SIDEWALK AND 6 INCHES BEYOND ALL EDGES.
4. CONCRETE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 4 INCHES THICK FOR ALL SIDEWALK TO BE OWNED OR MAINTAINED BY THE COUNTY.
5. SIDEWALK THROUGH DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE 4" THICK MINIMUM.
6. SOD TO BE LAID WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF FINAL GRADING IN PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY.
7. PRE -POUR INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE ACCEPTED PRIOR TO POURING THE SIDEWALK.
8. FOR REPAIR, REMOVE EXISTING SIDEWALK TO THE FULL WIDTH FROM CONTROL JOINT TO CONTROL JOINT (I.E. ONE
*SECTION*)
9. 12" MINIMUM VISQUEEN AND CHEMICAL TERMITE TREATMENT AT ALL AREAS THAT ABUT ANY EXISTING CONCRETE
STRUCTURE.
