Work scope (outside)
1. Going to fix soffit that needs replaced and paint.
2. Going to install vinyl siding.
3. Going to install 4 exterior doors and paint. (3 outswing and 1 inswing)
Work scope (inside)
1. Plumbing change all shutt off valves and putting in all new fixtures.
2.Capping off 1 pipe that is in the kitchen floor.
3.Removing Hot Water Tank and installing a new Hot Water Tank.
4. Installing 1 shower and drain.
5. Installing 1 Tub\ Shower surround combo and drain.
6. Installing 3 sinks 2 in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen.
7. Installing 2 new toilets.
8. Installing 2 new shut off valves in laundry room for washing machine.
1.Electrical Installing all new outlets.
2. Installing all new switches
3. Installing G.F.I.'S were needed.
4. Installing all new light fixtures.
1. Framing reframe out a interior existing wall that was removed putting it back together the way it was.
2. Installing doors to bathrooms, laundry room, bedrooms, and closets.
1. Installing drywall in the whole house onto the existing paneling.
2. Installing trim in the whole house.
1. Installing new kitchen cabinets and counters in the kitchen and new cabinets and counters in the bathrooms.
1. Installing all new vinyl flooring throughout the house.
*** I am not moving and electric or plumbing just replacing the existing fixtures.
