See site plan sheet A-1, plan sheet A-3 and survey dated 1016115 by Kamer Surveying. SHEATHING FASTENER REFERENCE - • Sheathing and plumbing references have been revised to 2014 and clouded on sheet A-1 on revised architectural drawings dated 10/7/15. DAMAGE PROBABILITIES FROM WEATHERING AND TERMITES - • Damage probabilities are clouded and shown on sheet A-1 under Miscellaneous Notes , FLAME SPREAD AND SMOKE DEVELOPED INDEX COMPLIANCE FOR ALL INSULATONS AND CEILING AND WALL FINISHES - • Compliance is noted and clouded on sheet A-1 under Miscellaneous Notes TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS - • To be provided by Owner/Contractor TRUSS LAYOUT SHEETS REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY ARCHITECT- • To be provided by Owner/Contractor SURVEY SHOWING PROPOSED RESIDENCE- • To be provided by Owner/Contractor PROVIDE 2 PARKING SPACES - • 2 parking spaces 8' x 18' shown on site plan sheet A-1 and revised survey by Kamer Surveying dated 10/6/15 STEPS ENCROACHING ON COMMON USE BARRIER ZONE - • Steps relocated to west side of porch.
