STEMWALL FOOTERS CANNOT ENCROACH ON PROPERTY LINES -
• House width has been reduced form 22' to 2l' and setback is now 6" from east
property line and north property line of common use barrier zone to accommodate
stem wall, footers on revised architectural drawings dated 10/7/15. See site plan
sheet A-1, plan sheet A-3 and survey dated 1016115 by Kamer Surveying.
SHEATHING FASTENER REFERENCE -
• Sheathing and plumbing references have been revised to 2014 and clouded on
sheet A-1 on revised architectural drawings dated 10/7/15.
