LUCIE CO., FLORIDA To Whom It May Concern: Concerning the Drainage at the above referenced site we have calculated, using the SFWMD MBR Program for drainage runoff, the 100 year storm event using the Plumbing Code 4.5" Storm for our the St. Lucie County area. Please note by the calculations that the 100 year storm calculated will not adversely affect the neighboring properties. In addition, to help with the drainage concerns, the contractor is installing roof drainage gutters and piping as shown on the attached survey.
