I have reviewed and compared the above-referenced test method standards. Specific changes noted between the standards include: • Updated requirements for the photometer measurement system. • Added specimen preparation and mounting requirements for flexible fibrous glass insulation used in metal buildings. The noted changes would not cause different test results or different interpretation of the test, and it is my professional opinion that the test method standards are equivalent.
