Dear Mr. Simmermacher:
As you are aware, our firm represents Diamond Sands Homeowners Association, Inc. .(the
"Association"). It is my understanding that your builder spoke with Sam Steger regarding the
status of your application to construct a home in Diamond Sands. The purpose of this letter is to
advise you that your application has been approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The exterior paint colors must be approved by the Association before you begin painting.
To obtain approval for the paint colors, please submit actual color samples (swatches),
the paint manufacturer's name, and the identification number for the color. Small
samples should also be painted on your home to assist the Architectural Review
Committee with its decision.
2. The proposed Iandscaping must be approved by the Association prior to installation.
Please refer to the Development Guidelines for the landscaping requirements, and please
note that the minimum material landscape cost is$35,000.00.
3. The $25,000.00 construction deposit must be submitted to the Association before
construction begins.
