This will acknowledge receipt of an application dated 04/06/2020 for a permit to use an existing
onsite sewage treatment and disposal system located on the above referenced property.
From a review of your completed application, it has been determined your septic tank lacks an
approved outlet filter. Please contract with a registered septic tank contractor to have an
approved outlet filter installed and have the contractor provide the department with certification of
the filter installation.
