Steve Neil [Queen's Cove, POA, Architectural Review Director] informed me that there is a "blanket" variance in effect for the section of Queen's Cove in which we reside that was approved on June 16, 1976. He referenced: Unit 1 PB 11, Pages 12 A,B,C No Resolution numbers issued in 1976 Prior to engaging an Architect and spending monies for plans for an extension of the front entry way to the residence, I respectfully request that you or an appointed staff member verify that there is a variance in place that would allow for a 15'-0" set back from the front property line at the above referenced residence.
