Please furnish energy calculations and manual J in accordance with sections 402 and 403 of the 2014 Florida Energy Code Fifth Edition. Note only;energies must have original signature of preparer-To be provided. 2. Please furnish a duct plan showing a balanced system,duct size,grill size,and room by room CFMS per 107.2.1 of the 2014 Florida Building Code.—To be provided. 3. Please show detail for the gate located in the parts loft. See section 107.2.1 of the 2014 Florida Building Code.-To be provided. 4. Product review sheet on page A4 shows a non-impact window. The plans shall be revised as required to show a single Electrical Service when addressing the Building Department Plan review Comments before issuance of permit. 2. The Second Floor is not going to be a guest house or rental unit it is going to be used as described on the plans for parts, upholstery, and game room. 3. Per the owner Phillip has two properties that he occupies and does not rent either one. 4. What is a private restoration center? Phillip's Hobby of restoring Antique Collectable Cars which is strictly personal and not Commercial. 5. Survey to provide Finished Floor Elevation on Survey. 6.
