HomeMy WebLinkAboutProject Information a Demolition Permit#2103-0049 Parcel#3402-610-0418-000/9 Property address:6015 Spruce Drive, Fort Pierce, FL 34982 Change made to Job Description on Demolition Permit as follows: Revised Job Description: Demolition of Bedroom partition walls from inside garage which was not permitted from years ago to revert area back into a garage. Scope of work: -Demolition of partition walls-Partition walls are not structural. -Demolition/Removal of(4)four partition walls.Walls to be removed are 1,2,3, and 4 as highlighted in drawing. -Walls 1 &2,as indicated in the drawing,contain one switch and two outlets that need to be disconnected. I will hire subcontract a licensed electrician to determine where within the walls the electric can be safely disconnected once the drywall is removed. -There is no plumbing involved. Revised Drawing: - Walls marked as"X"on original drawing are now numbered 1-4 and highlighted those being removed in red. - Walls on original drawing were inaccurate. Corrections made. o Wall omitted from next to Hot Water heater was added. o Rear Wall of garage that was going to be removed will not to be demoed. - Laundry room dimensions added. Additional Renovation Permit to be obtained, if necessary: Scope of work: -Tape and spackle to repair existing walls where the partitions were attached. -Tape and spackle to repair any holes resulting from the removal of the romex wire. -Re-spackle the area on the ceiling where tape is peeling. -NO additional construction. NOTE: I am having difficulty acquiring an electrician who will do the job. In fact,they will not even agree to look at the job stating it is either too small or they are too busy. I have contacted about 15 already with no success. I am still trying.Any recommendation or references would be greatly appreciated.
