Dear Mr. and Mrs. Gregory,
The Association has reviewed the site plan submitted for construction on Lot 1332. The site plan
complies with the required setbacks and meets Nettles Island,Inc,two vehicle parking space
requirements. Nettles Island does not object to the site plan submitted,provided that any concrete
encroaching into the rear S foot easement be removed.
Any modifications that affect the foot print of the home must be resubmitted to Nettles Island for
approval. Please adhere to the enclosed Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and
Building Activity on Nettles Island. Please provide us with a copy of the permit before
proceeding with construction or demolition_
Upon completion,please send a copy of your final survey for our files.
