The site plan complies with the required setbacks and meets Nettles Island,Inc,two vehicle parking space requirements. Nettles Island does not object to the site plan submitted,provided that any concrete encroaching into the rear S foot easement be removed. Any modifications that affect the foot print of the home must be resubmitted to Nettles Island for approval.
