WITHIN 0.4' OF THE POSITION OF A POINT 3605 WHICH HAS NA083/90 COORDINATES OF N. 1076525.09, E. 814114.21 AND DESCRIBED AS A
'FOUND"2"IRON PIPE, AS FOUND IN A CAD FILET REFERRED TO BY ALL LOCAL SURVEYORS AS JAK/STARNET FROM JAMES A. KIRBY WHICH
WILL BE REFERRED TO AS THE JAK FILE"HEREON. THE SECOND 2'IRON PIPE WAS FOUND TO BE 30' +/- SOUTH OF SAID SECTION CORNER.
MR. NORBELL PROCEEDED TO ESCORT ME TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1085, PAGE
2946, OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SAINT LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. MR NORBELL DIRECTED MY ATTENTION TO AN AREA WITH TWO BARBED
WIRE FENCES RUNNING IN A EAST WEST DIRECT ON INTERSECTING WITH A BARBED WIRE FENCE RUNNING IN A NORTH SOUTH DIRECTION. AT
THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTHERN MOST FE 4CE I FOUND A 5/8-IRON ROD 120'+/- SOUTH OF A CALCULATED POSITION BASED ON THE
TYPICAL SECTIONAL BREAKDOWN.
MR. NORBELL PROCEEDED TO ESCORT ME TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 3. MR. NORBELL DIRECTED MY ATTENTION TO A
LIGHTERWOOD POST WHICH PROTRUDED FROM THE GROUND 1'+/-. MR. NORBELL EXPRESSED THAT THE LIGHTERWOOD POST HAD BEEN
DISTURBED AND REPOSITIONED DURING FENCE INSTALLATION. SAID LIGHTERWOOD POST WAS FOUND TO BE WITHIN .7' OF THE POSITION OF A
POINT 3607 FOUND IN THE JAK FILE., 1 FOUND P 1/2" IRON ROD THAT LEANED SUGHTLY SOUTHWEST, AS REFERENCED ON FDEP CCR DOC #
051059 THE BEARING AND DISTANCE FROM THE LIGHTERWOOD POST TO THE 1/2" IRON ROD IS S05"34'18V AT A DISTANCE OF 8,62' VS CCR
RECORD OF S1456'01V AT A DISTANCE OF 01'. THE OTHER 3 REFERENCES ACCESSORIES FOR THE SECTION CORNER DEPICTED WERE NOT
RECOVERED A CORRIDOR OF LAND BEING APPROXIMATELY 80' IN WIDTH FROM SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 3 AND 2 TO THE SOUTH HAD BEEN
CLEARED IN YEARS PRIOR, DESTROYING TWO OF THE REFERENCES ON SAID CCR.
