Following Ms. Angela M Vassar directions, we are asking for relief from code 7.0401 for the final elevation of 18" above
the crown of the road for the residential project located at 960 Gopher Ridge Road , Fort Pierce FL 34982. the reasons
that we are asking for this relief are the following:
1- We are using the existing structure (foundation and walls) of the house that was approved by the St Lucie County -
Building Dept. before.
2- We are keeping the same profile elevations of our neighbors existing constructions.
3- It would be too expensive to accomplish with this elevation, because to do it means demolish the entire existing
structure
For these reasons , we would like to put in your consideration, let us keep the actual elevation, we appreciate in
advance your attention,
Sincerely Raul Castillo -General Contractor Lic. CGC 1511697 - Building Factor LLC. Tel 561-685-5351
