The undersigned hereby gives notice that improvement will be made to certain real property, and, in
accordance with Chapter 713, Florida Statutes, the following information is provided in this Notice of
Commencement.

Page 12A to 12C, of the Public Records of St Lucie County, Florida, less and except:
The 30 foot wide ingress and egress easement lying in Lot B, Block 7, QUEENS COVE UNIT I,
according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page I2A to 12C, of the Public Records
of St Lucie County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
The Westerly 30 feet of said Lot B, the Easterly line of said easement being 30 feet East of (as
measured at right angles) and parallel with the Easterly right-of-way line of Quueens Eugenia
Court (a 60 foot wide right-of-way) and being bound on the North by the North line of said Lot
B (said North line also being the South line of Lot C, Block 7) and on the South by the North
right-of-way line of Sovereign Way, a 60 foot wide right-of-way.
