Being all of Lot 71, according to the unrecorded plat of CREEKSIDE
PLAT NO. 4, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows;
Commence at a point on the Southerly right—of—way of State Road 70
(Okeechobee Road) (a 200.00 foot wide right—of—way) being the
Northwest corner of CREEKSIDE PLAT NO. 3, as recorded in Plat Book
69, Page 30, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence South
56'13'32" East, a distance of 1,518.71' feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
of the following described parcel;
Thence North 60'48'54" East, a distance of 130.00 feet; thence South
29'11'06" East, a distance of 55.10 feet; thence South 60'48'54" West,
a distance of 130.00 feet; thence North 29'11'06" West, a distance of
55.10 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.164 acres, more or less.
