14. Contractor shall guarantee all materials and workmanship
free of defects for a period of not less than two years from
the date of acceptance or certificate of occupancy, or one
gear from closing sale of house.
Correction of defects shall be completed without additional
charge and shall include replacements or repair of any
other phase of installation that may have been damaged.
11. It is not the intent of these plans to show every minor detail
of construction. The contractor shall furnish and install
all items for a complete electrical system and provide all
the requirements necessary for the equipment to be placed in
proper working order.
18. All work shall be done in accordance with the N.E.C. and
shall comply with all local codes and ordinances, and shall
meet all standard requirements of the local electric utility
