To Whom It My Concern:
Please be advised the electrical box penetration/fire wall repair shall be as follows which meets with
our approval as well as the requirements of the 2017 Florida Building Code for the above referenced
project.
1. Fill the concrete block cavity with concrete to top of electrical boxes.
2. Install Flame Tech Fire Putty Pads behind and around electrical boxes.
3. Fill any voids with Great Stuff Fire Block Spray Foam.
