Mathers Engineering Corporation visited the job site and made the following observations of the
ongoing concrete restoration and repairs of exterior balconies:
Stack#01 Balconies:
• Unit 101: Concrete deck repairs have not yet been completed.
• Unit 201: Concrete deck repairs-deck replacement complete,waiting on concrete.
• Unit 301: Concrete deck repairs have been completed.
• Unit 401: Concrete deck repairs have been completed.
• Unit 501: Concrete deck repairs have been completed.
• Unit 601: Concrete deck repairs have been completed.
• Unit 701: Concrete deck repairs have been completed.
