To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is intended to be ;used as a supplement to the SLC Product
Review Affidavit, at the discretion of the Authority Having Jurisdiction, for permitting
purposes. The SLC Product Review Affidavit in its current form is not conducive to
itemizing all of the .pertinentjmanufacturer's information for each of the structural
component categories listed on the affidavit. Please accept this signed and sealed
letter, along with the signed sand sealed affidavit, as my statement that I have reviewed
the manufacturer's literature for the applicable component categories listed on the
affidavit, and have found them to be adequate to resist the necessary design wind
loads. Copies of the product approvals will be submitted by the owner as needed.

The design wind pressures for two window openings are noted incorrectly on the permit
plans that were signed and sealed on 7/31/15. The correct pressures are noted below:
8030 slider between the Kitchen and Lanai: +59.6 / -64.2 psf
30"x36" slider in Bathroom #3: +62.7 / -67.5 psf
