LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that portion of Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 39 East,
lying north of State Road No. 712 being White City Road (Midway
Road so called), Northeast of the Sunshirre State Parkway and
Southeast of a 200 foot wide right-of-way for the Florida East
Coast Railroad which abuts the Southeast right-bf-way of Glades
Cut -Off Road, LESS the North 45 feet for the North St. Lucie
River Water Management Districts Canal No. 102.

In the case,of a change of use, redevelopment, or
modification of an existing use which requires the issuance
of a building permit or an electrical permit for a mobile
home or recreational vehicle, the Road Impact -Fee shall be
