The permit indicates the finished floor elevation at 18' NAVD but doesn't indicate the min. elevation of the lowest horizontal structural member. The Florida Building Code 3109.3 requires all habitable structures to be elevated at or above an elevation which places the lowest horizontal structural member above the 100-year storm elevation as determined by FDEP in the report "One Hundred Year Storm Elevation Requirements for Habitable Structures located seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line". I Can you please provide us the minimum required elevation of the lowest horizontal structural member for this property? The property is located in reference monument R-96.
