This letter is to address soffit screen vent at above referenced project. The plans call
out a 7" x 20" screen vent @ 6' 0" o/c. The builder would like to use a 3" continuous
screen vent. This still meets the needed free vented area.
Please accept this letter for the change in soffit/attic venting.
