All 4 walls of the 2nd story has been recovered with new hardi plank siding. The extg siding was removed, the extg '/z" ply sheathing remained as is, a new WRB consisting of 30#felt applied horizontally w/2" lap @ horizontal joints &6" @ vertical joints was added. The top strip has been left off for further inspection. Items are per the FBCR-2020. See attached product approval affidavit and wind pressure chart.
