D. Major Alteration or Addition -Non-Refundable A structural or site modification taking place after the original construction which is significant enough to warrant the issuance of a building permit by a governmental authority. If a change has been made and not approved by the ARC, the committee will have the right to ask the homeowner to remove the improvement and/or change from the property.
