Comment: Submit plans for the fire sprinkler system 107 FBC 6th ED 2017 Response: Fire sprinkler plans are not complete. Will be submitted when finalized by Wayne Automatic Sprinkler. Comment: Please show the flood zones on the survey. ([A] 107.2.1) Response: See revised survey by Hayhurst Land Surveying. Comment: Product Approvals expired ([A] 107.2.1). 107-0614.16 Windows Mullions, Fixed Glass expired. Need separate Product Approval for each product. 17-0420.12-Sliding Doors expired. Response: See revised Product Approval Affidavit and Product Approvals for single hung windows, fixed windows, mullions, front door, French door and sliders. Comment: Sheet A1.1, suspended air handler and 50-gallon water heater. Please show loading on the truss drawings. Provide details for hanging equipment. ([A] 107.2.1) Response: The hot water heater will be installed to rest on the floor and not hang from the ceiling. Nasrallah Architectural Group has provided the detail on page A1.1. Comment: The survey has an incorrect flood plane and year. The survey will need the flood information from of the maps of 2020. Please provide corrected survey. Response: See revised survey by Hayhurst Land Surveying. Comment: Please provide insulation value of 2nd floor as depicted on sheets A7.1 of Architectural Plan set and on Energy Calculation, per 107.2 of the FBC 6th Edition, 2017. Response: Revised Energy Calculations provided by Earthworks Group. Comment: Please provide the HOA letter of Architectural approval. Response: See HOA letter of Architectural approval.
