verbal agreements and all items discussed are covered by this written contract-this is a proposal until signed by an officer of the corporation at which time it becomes an executed
contract. Any additions to this contract shalt be covered by a change order. Addlliona1 costs of change orders shall be due and payable upon acceptance by the customer.
Acceptance by the owner must be within 14day os f the pr000saldataaratlheantlonofthQ offer,They buyer(customer)may cancel this contractwlthin three(3)working days after
signing. Any change orders mustbe in writing and received pdortofinal measurement.
4.AfuiltwoyearguaranteeagainstdefactInpurchasedassemblies,materialsandworkmanshipgoesIntoeffectatcomplationofthisconlracledworkcovemdbythtscontractand
anychange orders In effect.Anywarranty work necessary,however,shall not be done until such time as final payment has been made totheseller.
