We cant have % electronic and % paper
all doc from boat lift company cant be verified
So from now on you will have to submit all paperwork to the office and not send by email
So the permit that Andrew has I would bring all docs in paper (resubmit packet)' so we can stamp and complete your
review

Hello,
Sabrina, has a question on what the correct procedure would be- This permit went through Bluebeam when applied
for. She said the Boat Lift Engineer does not provide Electronic Signatures.
The last pending item is the digital signature for the Boat Lift, we have a hard copy of the signed and sealed boat lift
turned in as a response to comments.

Andrew,
The boat lift company does not provide electronic copies that was why I scanned the hard copies and added to the
permit. I'm not sure what else to do

Please find the attached plan review comments which have been generated for your permit. As soon as we receive the modified
plans and any additional required documents back from the Design Professional, Contractor, Fire Department or Owner we will
forward the permit package to our permitting department for issuance.

PLEASE NOTE:
(1) All review comments when ansW. __,'will require a cover letter addressing where `;hanges were made.
(2) All changes will be required to be clouded on the plans.
(3) The contractor when resubmitting will be required to insert the new updated pages into the plans or if the contractor
prefers, a revised complete set of plans can be submitted. I
(4) A submittal checklist will be required stating the type and quantity of documenits submitted for re -review signed and dated
by the contractor.
(5) Any comment not addressed may be subject to an additional review fee per St.1 Lucie county resolution #13-196.
