This letter is to certify that LP gas tanks and/or gas lines installed at the address below are
installed with all safety provisions pursuant to Chapter 5f-11.041(I) of the Florida Administrative
Code, Florida Building Code, and NFPA 58 (6.6.6) (6.9) (6.14).
All underground tanks are installed with cathodic protection(magnesium or zinc anode
dielectric union). All installations of propane tanks involve securing the tank in place with
ground anchors and metal straps or cables as required by the local authority having jurisdiction.
As per engineered drawings, each tank installation is to exact specifications.
