Pierce, FL 34982 PERMIT #2009-0596 Beach Club Colony 200 North Elmar Drive Jensen Beach, FL Attn.: Andrew Manero The existing conditions (heavy erosion) we started were due to the material used in repair. There was metal roofing installed vertical secured to 2" x 4" framing with concrete at toe landward. It appeared to be over twenty years old. The metal had deteriorated and the drainage system piping as well. The 'erosion was on the edge of the parking area and caused a danger and liability to residents, guests, maintenance workers and pets. The corrosion was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. We installed a vinyl retaining wall with concrete cap and reinforced steel. It was designed to contain soils, maintain grades and eliminate the liability. The drainage was leaking, pipe broken and system had been breached. Our objective and goal was to solve the problem. The project was haulted and we understand and took responsibility, but we have replaced exactly what was done following the exact footprint. With our job 80% complete, the problems have been resolved and no further erosion.. Soil and grades remain intact and drains are functioning properly. God Bless Anthony Axciam,
