GENERAL NOTES:
1. THE OWNER WOULD LIKE TO REPLACE THE
DETERIORATED EXISTING WOOD DECK AND TREADS
ON THE STEPS.
2. THE OWNER PLANS TO INSTALL A SUNROOM ON THE
REAR 18' OF THE EXISTING DECK WHICH REQUIRES
STRUCTURAL FOUNDATION REINFORCEMENT UNDER
THE DECK.
3. THE FOUNDATION HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO RESIST
THE ADDITIONAL UPLIFT AND THE DEADLOAD
FORCES OF THE SUNROOM.
4. ALL FOUNDATION MATERIALS TO BE PRESSURE
TREATED.
5. ALL FOUNDATION HARDWARE TO BE GALVANIZED.
6. NO ELECTRICAL OR PLUMBING TO BE DONE DONE.
7. ALL WORK IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FLORIDA
BUILDING CODE (6TH EDITION AND ASCE 7-10.
