OBSERVATIONS:
Shoring is in place as specified in the permit drawings.
Unit 108/208
• (10) Post tension (PT) cables are locked off at the north elevation.
• New bursting bars are in place at the slab edge behind the PT anchor plates.
• Additional 45-degree busting bars are lapped at the corner.
• Form boards are in place for first pour as required prior to re-stressing cables.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
• None at this time.
